Expert Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Rep in Turner Falls, MA!

Temp to Perm. $15 - $18 pending experience


Mon-Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm


Position Summary:

To ensure that customer and business service, sales, needs, and inquiries are maintained and completed in an effective, efficient, and timely manner, with strong attention to detail, communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a sense of urgency to accomplish company goals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer needs are met while maintaining a high level of service.

  • Become knowledgeable in GMPs, Metrics and SOP’s

  • Efficiently and courteously process verbal, telephone and email inquiries.

  • Provide accurate, timely, and complete information and acknowledgements to customers, colleagues, and management.

  • Gather competitive information from customers and suppliers.

  • Positively interface with various departments within the manufacturing facility, and others.

  • Identify and articulate customer needs.

  • Support sales activities, quotes, and quotas where and when necessary.

  • Efficiently process information using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and proprietary software

  • Resolve customer and supplier inquiries.


Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. 
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs including MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • SAP experience is highly desired
  • Knowledge of general customer service principles, practices, and administrative procedures
  • Transportation is a must
