Customer Service Representative

$20.00 - $24.00 per hr.

8:00am – 5:00pm work schedule

Clinton, MA


Expert Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as primary customer contact and facilitate communication between all appropriate facility personnel and customers. Establish and maintain effective relations with internal and external customers by ensuring customer expectations are being met.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicate accurate and timely information regarding customer purchase and shipping requirements and concerns throughout the organization and provide feedback of capabilities to customers
  • Monitor and track customer order fluctuations
  • Review customer forecast and analyze impact to inventory plan
  • Communicate shipping priorities to production scheduling
  • Track and report customer on-time delivery performance
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to meet customer demands
  • Follow-up on sales order changes, cancellations, complaints, and corrective actions
  • Ensure appropriate recordkeeping and documentation associated with all customer service processes and procedures


Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities include:

  • Associate degree in Business -related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 3+ years customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience with production scheduling system or related manufacturing systems is preferred
  • Experience with ERP/MRP manufacturing systems
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently
