Job Description

Expert Staffing is currently looking for a Site Administrator / HR Coordinator for our customer in Southbridge.



This position is 70% HR and 30% Administrative / Receptionist.



Responsibilities:



The Site Administrator/HR Coordinator will perform a wide range of administrative duties, including assisting with recruiting efforts, scheduling and coordinating interviews for potential employees, coordinating onboarding tasks, maintaining employee records, serve as training administrator, providing assistance with new hire orientation process and assisting with payroll processing.



Duties include, but are not limited to:



  • Handle all front office responsibilities, including answering/directing phone calls received through the switchboard, greeting visitors, customers, and job applicants and ensure compliance with all visitor requirements; handle maintenance and changes on the phone system and phone lists.



  • Schedule conference rooms and track monthly meetings ensuring room availability and electronic hardware readiness and order office supplies.



  • Responsibility for hotel/travel arrangements for employees and guests, coordinate travel and meal arrangements for meetings and other special events.



  • Serves as principal contact for associates and supervisors for day-to-day employee transactional inquiries and escalates issues or questions to appropriate HR or Management team member.



  • Supports recruiting efforts, including updating recruiting database, handling candidate communications, interview scheduling, onboarding tasks and new hire orientation process.



  • Serves as primary administrator for Kronos Time & Attendance system and handles daily transactions and weekly payroll reconciliation and review.



  • Serves as training administrator for online training and manages data entry of training records.



  • Maintains job applicant data base and applicant tracking for EP



  • Assists with planning and coordinating company events and engagement activities i.e. service awards, employee of the month, summer BBQ, holiday party, and wellness events.



  • Maintains organizational charts and company bulletin boards/tv screens.



  • Assists with HR related internal audits as needed and other special projects.



  • Other duties as assigned.


     



Job Requirements

Requirements:



  • High school diploma required.



  • Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred.



  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in support role in Administration, Customer Service, Operations or Human Resources.



  • Previous experience working within an HR department preferred.



  • Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.



  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications; strong computer skills are essential.



  • Ability to multi task and manage multiple priorities.



  • Must be able to work independently.



  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting and basic state and federal labor law knowledge
